  • Anonymous User ID: We generate a random identifier to associate your data with your device. We do not collect your name, email, or other personal identifiers.
  • Device Information: Basic device type for app compatibility.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the app functionality
  • To sync your care cards across devices
  • To enable sharing care information with caregivers via secure links
  • To send notifications about caregiver activity (if enabled)

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your child's care information is only shared with caregivers when you explicitly create and share a care link. Share links expire automatically and can be revoked at any time.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure cloud storage with row-level security
  • Time-limited share links with unique tokens

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you use the app. You can delete your data at any time by removing children from the app. Share links expire automatically based on the duration you select.

Children's Privacy

While our app helps parents manage childcare information, the app is designed for use by adults (parents and caregivers). We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
